A: We choose our products based on three criteria:
Design: The quality inside should show on the outside packaging too.
Taste: Pure ingredients define the flavors; no cutting corners in the process.
Story: The makers are startups with skin in the game and they have the history to show it.

Q: What is the order processing time?
A: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays.
Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
We ship from Toronto, ON; packages often arrive sooner to local or nearby destinations.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

A: We will email you a tracking number. Once your package has been scanned, the tracking information will be available for tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available.
Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: We are currently offering flat shipping rates for all orders across Canada and free shipping on orders $30+. Please visit our shipping policy page for more information.
Q: How do you package my order?
A: To prevent damage of products during shipment, we package all our orders in cardboard boxes with straw.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Since our products are edible goods, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to shipping, please view our refund policy and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product in question.
