A classic Icelandic pairing of chocolate and liquorice come together in this updated interpretation. Salted liquorice and chocolate unite to surprise palates with salty creaminess.

Raw Persian licorice is used to flavor caramelized white chocolate and salted with sea salt from the West Fjords of Iceland, by Saltverk. A uniquely Icelandic flavor experience.
